Suitable for children aged 8 and up, this course will introduce you to the activity in its entirety: short rappels of less than 10 meters, jumps (optional), and small natural slides will punctuate the course.
Description: Just outside Grenoble, this canyon is both accessible and comprehensive. You will abseil down beautiful waterfalls, make jumps of varying heights, and enjoy a few surprises along the way. The wide-open river allows you to bypass most obstacles, making it an adaptable route to suit everyone’s skill level and preferences.

Activity itinerary:
At the parking lot, your instructor will provide you with all the necessary equipment (more information on the equipment provided and what you need to bring can be found here).
We will then hike for 30 minutes to the canyon’s starting point.
Then the descent begins. The itinerary includes: rappels of up to 10 meters, jumps of varying heights (jumps are never mandatory), and natural water slides.
Once finished, you can reach the parking lot in 10 minutes.
Located 35 minutes from Grenoble, 1 hour from Valence, and 1 hour 20 minutes from Lyon.
