Technical training courses and internships
On the road to self-sufficiency...
Want to learn equipment techniques so you can keep up with other independent canyoners and take a more active role in your outings? This course is for you!
You’ll learn how to prepare for your trip, read a guidebook, and choose your gear based on the conditions. You’ll learn to analyze water movement and assess the flow rate to progress safely. On a technical level, you’ll learn to master basic rope techniques and manage group equipment. The goal is to enable you to fully manage the crossing of certain rapids, ensuring the safety and progress of your teammates and yourself.

Recommended course duration: 3 days minimum, to be adjusted according to your initial knowledge and abilities. Don’t hesitate to contact us to create your ideal course together.
Improvement skills
For one day or several, come and work on a specific theme: self-sufficient equipment, big vertical climbing techniques, whitewater, leading a group, preparing for the TEP (Technical Evaluation Program) or the instructor training course…
Together, we’ll create your ideal training program, either as a private lesson or integrated into an existing group. The idea is to help you progress at your own pace so you leave with the right tools according to your goals and skill level.
Training sessions can take place on dry cliffs, in dry canyons, or in aquatic or vertical canyons, adapted to your desired training.
I may be able to travel to other mountain ranges besides the Vercors depending on the season.

Natural environment discovery and courses
Are you a canyoning instructor, professional or certified guide, or simply curious? Why not get trained and learn more about the natural environment of canyons?
During a canyon descent or along a riverbank, come and learn about the geology of the Vercors region, the formation of a canyon in a karst environment, and how to identify the local flora and fauna. We also discuss the impact of the activity and solutions for minimizing it.
Canadian and professional training programs increasingly emphasize knowledge of the natural environment for sports instructors. These outings offer the opportunity to leave with activity ideas and plenty of anecdotes to share on your own trips.
These outings can also be adapted for schools, employee committees, seminars, and more. Don’t hesitate to contact us for further information.
